I had the privilege of earning a Whole Foods Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies last winter, while tackling the Lifestyle Boards in November 2020, and earning my Certificate of Completion in Culinary Coaching from the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, through Harvard Medical School this month.
I completed my year-long goals with glee when I passed my Boards this week in Obesity Medicine. The last year has been invigorating for me to embrace wellness through a fresh lens.
Just as winter is finally ending here in Minnesota and spring buds are peeking through, so, too, do I feel this refreshing excitement to share my own new growth as I pivot to redefine my practice with improved knowledge and coaching!
