As we begin to change habits and modify our lifestyle, it is paramount we celebrate the progress we are making and not get frustrated when we do not achieve immediate perfection.
Like a baby learning to walk, we will be wobbly yet excited when we begin. We will take a few steps forward, then find ourselves falling back down. We may sigh or cry for a brief moment but we need to get back up and keep trying. We may reach out for a helping hand or a few more words of encouragement.
