A chance to meet face-to-face or virtually, assisting you with identifying and setting personal goals focused on the 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: nutrition/exercise/sleep/stress management/positivity/healthy habits. Feel free to inquire for additional available times as needed. My schedule is flexible. When you enter into a coaching relationship with me, you acknowledge that although I am a licensed physician, coaching is not medical advice and coaching does NOT establish a physician-patient relationship. It is important that you discuss any and all medical, personal and mental health concerns with your primary care physician.
